Calling All Buyers…Hello!?!

I know what you’re thinking. At this time of year you’re just getting through Halloween, then looking toward Christmas right? After all, nothing is going on in the real estate market so… “let’s wait until after Christmas to start house hunting again.”

That type pf thinking (which the majority of buyers have by the way) could probably cost you thousands of dollars! The market is slow, no one is talking about real estate…I am seeing many price reductions come through from sellers who need to sell now. SO NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY!!! The pattern the last couple of years has been prices low in the Fall/Winter, and high in the Spring. Every cent of the Fall/Winter price reductions comes back and then some in the rising market of the Spring. Each Spring the prices are higher than the previous Spring. The Kicker is that the Fall/Winter prices tend to be much lower than the Spring prices.

So I know all you want to do at this time of year is get out of the cold, wet weather and relax in front of the fire (or TV). If you want to save thousands of dollars though, it’s the time of year to get out there and buy some Real Estate! Picking up a good deal at this time of year will put a smile on your face come Spring!
