Buying and/or selling a house is a BIG decision. It requires a lot of time to think things through. Dave believes in giving his clients the time and space to make the right decisions and feel comfortable in the process of doing so. There is no “high pressure sales” with Dave.

With 19 years of sales experience, Dave has also been involved in numerous personal real estate transactions over the years. He knows what it is like to be a buyer and what it is like to be a seller so he can personally relate to all the feelings and emotions that his clients are going through in a real estate transaction. My wife Tara has been working with me as my Marketing Administrative Assistant for 8 years.  Tara has been in charge of all our online marketing, video tours, feature sheets, client database mailings, processing our listings & sales, and keeping the office organized and running smoothly.

With all of our new responsibilities that have come along with having our first baby, Tara has decided to focus on her #1 priority, Baby Emma, and has taken Maternity Leave.
