HOUSE INSPECTION

On all purchases, even new construction, it is strongly recommended to hire a professional building inspector.  The inspector can thoroughly review the home and advise you of any problems that may be happening with the home or future problems that may occur, so that you can proactively tend to those problems.  The building inspection can range in cost, depending on size and type, from $250.00 to $500.00 CDN.
